The Best of New Mobile Adventure 2024

Light and efficient, made in France and designed to last, be easily repaired and recycled, intermediate vehicles are revolutionizing our mobility. Right between the bicycle and the car, they go where bicycles do not go and are the promise of truly low-carbon mobility accessible to as many people as possible. Discover some vehicles on this page.

ADEME, the ecological transition agency, is supporting the development of a French sector of manufacturers of this new type of vehicle through the Extrême Défi program. In February and March 2024, bicycle reporter Jérôme Zindy travels across France aboard an “augmented bicycle” to document in videos and in the media the various challenges and promises of this new means of travel.

Meeting manufacturers of intermediate vehicles, schools, communities and families testing vehicles on a daily basis, he will produce around twenty low-carbon episodes broadcast during the adventure. The New Mobile Adventure can be followed from February 1 to March 31, 2024 in videos and in the media. The complete detailed program is accessible on this page.
